Follow the next three steps to download product information for your specific product offering.

Step 1: Download the template

When uploading the products for which you want content, you must use our template. Download the template here. This file needs to be uploaded on the downloads page in the application.

Step 2: Fill in the template

The template consists of two columns. With this information we can search for all the relevant product information.

2.1 Product ID [id]

Product identifiers are a series of numeric or alphanumeric digits that are used to identify a specific product. To obtain the correct product information for the desired products it is necessary to enter the product ID in the first column of the template.

*It is important that you enter the correct Product ID. The following Product IDs are allowed: GTIN, MPN and BPC. For more information, see the next paragraph 2.2.

You can find the product IDs in the product overview of your webshop. If you work with data feeds it is in the source / google shopping feed.

2.2 Product ID type [id_type]

The ID type is the key to helping us match your requested products with our product content database. Please add the corresponding ID type to the product in the column on the right.

We allow the following Product Type IDs: Global Trade Item Numbers (GTINs), Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs) and Brand Product Code (BPC).

Several kinds of ID-numbers can be seen as a GTIN:

If you want to use MPN as a Product ID type. Use the MPN assigned by the manufacturer. Do not use any value you have created yourself, unless you are the manufacturer.

Step 3: Upload the file

After entering all corresponding product ids and product id types you need to save it in one of the supported file formats (max size 4GB):

• CSV
• XLSX

The file should look like the example below:

Click or drag your file into the upload field on the downloads page in the application. Make sure to delete the existing instructions lines before saving and uploading the file.
